Sydney Leto, MA, LPCC
What motivates me is connection.
And in my work, I love helping individuals and couples inquire into how they experience connection so that they can come into contact with more possibility, depth and satisfaction in their daily lives.
I believe that therapy is not just something that we do once a week, but it is an active practice that happens within our time together and outside of it. In my experience, it is a patient process that requires courage, tenderness, honesty, and oftentimes, a playful spirit.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and welcome native Spanish speakers to my practice who might be yearning for a space to speak both in their therapeutic work.
Outside of my work, what fills me up is time outside with my spunky pup, riding my bike up and down the Front Range, and cooking beautiful meals with close friends.
