What motivates me is connection.
And in my work, I love helping people inquire into how they experience connection - with their Self and in relationship - so that they can find more possibility in how they engage with their lives each day.
I like to work with adult individuals and couples who are navigating the complexity of our modern world and seeking a space to slow down, integrate and heal their past experiences, so that they can identify what path forward feels most meaningful to them.
I believe that “therapy” is not just something that we do, but it is an active practice that happens within our time together and outside of it. It is a patient process that requires courage, tenderness, honesty and oftentimes, a sense of humor.
Though I am not a native speaker, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and welcome native Spanish speakers to my practice who might be yearning for a space to speak both in their therapeutic work.
